FAQ
Is there an age requirement?Yes, the minimum age to join the exchange is 13, as is required by both discord and ao3Will NSFW content be allowed?Yes! We have both 18+ and underage members, prompts and mods, so all NSFW content MUST be correctly tagged and warned. If you do not correctly tag or do not respect the DNW or hard limits of your prompt you may be removed from the event.Do I need to submit my gift through ao3 even if I'm not writing?
Yes, the exchange is run through AO3, therefore your gift must be submitted through there. We will be using the Discord to share resources for how to embed other kinds of fanworks into AO3, but there are lots of guides out there to help you out!What are treats?Treats are extra gifts you can make for people that are not assigned to you. These are visible in the "Requests Summary" in the AO3 collection, but we ask that you finish your main gift before moving to treats. Any works that you commit to must be finished before the fest deadline.My question isn't answered here, what do I do?The best way to contact the mods is via the discord. If for whatever reason the discord is not the best place to ask, you can DM the Twitter or Tumblr accounts.
Rules
–Fics must have a minimum length of 1k, art must be a clean sketch, podfics must be a minimum of 15 minutes, and edits a minimum of 20 seconds–If you feel you cannot finish your assignment, contact the mod as soon as possible so they can reassign it–Please stick to the accepted mediums of fanwork as laid out in the guidelines–Carefully follow the instructions in your prompt–Enjoy yourself, and have fun with your creation!

Sign-ups are now open, you can find the link and guidelines below.LinkRequests-What you would like created for you. You must make a minimum of 2 requests (for matching purposes) which include only 1 fandom, minimum of one relationship (max 10), and medium in each. You may select as many mediums as you’d like, but you must have a at least 1.-It is required to include a list of likes and DNWs (Do Not Wants) in “Description”. Your likes are anything you enjoy from tropes to AUs and anything in between. Your DNWs are your squicks, triggers, or anything that you simply do not enjoy and do not want created for you.-If you so desire, you can paste an exchange letter (a.k.a. Dear Creator letter) where it says “Exchange letter”. These are hosted from a third party (docs, dreamwidth, etc.) and give more details on your requests. You can find examples by searching “exchange letter” on a search engine, or looking at the example of Mod Aris’s past exchange letter in the ao3 sign up form. Make sure that the link is functioning and that the letter is open to the public.Offers-What you would like to create for someone else.
